PeptiQuant™ Onco Kits
Paired Wild-Type and Mutant peptide assays
Quantitative Protein Assays for Cancer Mutations
Ready assays of the 1,000 most prevalent recurrent cancer variants
PeptiQuantTM Onco is a targeted proteogenomics kit designed to translate recurrent cancer mutations into deployable, quantitative protein assays. Starting from curated cancer variant catalogues, Onco predicts and prioritizes analytically tractable variant-containing peptides and provides paired assays for the corresponding wild-type and mutant peptide forms. Using unlabeled and stable isotope-labeled synthetic standards together with empirically optimized acquisition parameters, the kit supports robust targeted measurements and enablesabsolute quantification of both peptide forms. By directly measuring mutation-associated protein expression, Onco enables determination of protein-level mutation rates and provides a scalable route from cancer variant catalogues to actionable protein-level assays.

Applications
Onco targets ~ 1,000 clinically relevant cancer mutations representing major oncogenic drivers and therapeutic targets. Commercialized by MRM Proteomics and Agilent Technologies, the platform provides standardized mass spectrometry kits, educational support, and customized services through Onco database to enable scalable implementation in both research and clinical settings. By enabling direct measurement of mutation-associated proteins, PeptiQuant™ Onco Kits has the potential to improve treatment stratification, reduce ineffective therapies, lower healthcare costs, and ultimately improve patient outcomes in precision oncology.
